About Project
Quantum Facades’ dedicated remediation team has secured its latest project. Acting in the capacity of Principal Contractor, we’re back in Surrey, working with our client Praxis Property Management, to make this commercial building in Redhill, Surrey, fire safe and compliant. After our investigations and recommendations our works will include the removal of the existing combustible ACM Cladding and PIR Insualtion, design and installation of a new facade comprising of Benx 12mm Y-Wall, Corofil COSB 44 Fire Barriers, Corofil CCFS Vertical Fire Barriers, Genius Edge Rainscreen Genius Spandrel Panels. QFL’s Managing Director, Luke Goss commented “we’re pleased once again to be contributing to the betterment of buildings in the UK to fully comply with the latest regulations.
