Cladding Remediation

We design and install fully compliant A1-rated or A2-rated non-combustible cladding systems to incorporate a non-combustible aluminium or stainless-steel carrier system. New compliant built-up systems include all required cavity fire barriers throughout the building envelope.

As part of the cladding remediation works, we remove and replace the combustible balcony decking boards and handrails, and replace them with a non-combustible aluminium or composite decking system ­– so that building owners and residents can have complete peace of mind in knowing that their decking is completely safe and compliant.

All projects are carefully managed from inception right through to completion to ensure the building receives its EWS1 form from either our or your own fire engineering consultants upon completion of our works.

Generally working on behalf of building warranty specialists, we start with a specialist ‘opening up’ works team to carefully assess and report on cladding defects. As we are a design and build remediation contractor, we then work with our structural, architectural, fire engineering and façade design teams – in conjuction with the client design team, to detail the full scope of required remedial work. We then mange the entire planning and building control process as part of the overall scheme of works.
